Shannon Adis

Shannon
Adis was born and raised in the Detroit area. Music was always a
large part of her life. There are several videos of her singing as a
small child, including one where she sings “Jinky Bells” to the
family at Christmas. She sang in the school choir all through middle
and high school, and was even accepted as a member of John Glenn’s
esteemed Glenn Singers during her junior and senior years.
Shannon won several blue medals (the highest one can get) at State
Solo and Ensemble for her singing in the chorus, quartets, and as a
soloist. She also performed at Carnegie Hall for Jerry Blackwell’s
conductoral debut her first year in college. Shannon joined New
Fossils as a vocalist in the spring of 2006.
